The Aspen Experience is an exclusive retreat over Labor Day Weekend that brings together 100 top-producing luxury-focused Compass agents from across the country. 2024 will mark the 7th annual event. 

The weekend centers around the Jazz Aspen Snowmass (JAS) 3-day music festival where Compass is a title sponsor. In addition to the music festival, agents spend the weekend networking, exploring Aspen, touring luxury homes, and more!

The Aspen Experience offers an unparalleled opportunity to highlight your brand in front of the top-producing real estate agents in the country. Your brand will gain exposure with Compass agents who represent the top 30+ luxury markets across the country with clients who buy/sell anywhere from $1M - $100M homes nation wide. This group of agents have sold over $100M and have an average home sale price of $2M and above in 2022 alone. 

Compass has one of the main bars at the festival that any of the VIP guests can access. In addition to being the ideal spot for client hospitality, luxury sponsorship opportunities in the VIP area guarantees your brand is in front of the right customer.

We understand that there’s not a one-size-fits-all approach to sponsoring events. That’s why we’ve created a la carte options for you to choose from. You get to build the perfect package to put your brand in front of our 100 luxury-focused top-producing agents. Our goal in every partnership is to drive value for all parties involved. We are proud to provide thoughtful advertising opportunities that help your brand make an impact.

Logo Placement - Website - $500
We will put your logo on our Aspen Experience website, which is where our 100 luxury agent attendees frequent leading up to the event, and throughout the event for up-to-date information, the schedule of events, and more.

Logo Placement - Email Blast - $750

We will add your logo to the bottom of all of Aspen Experience email blasts that go out to our 100 luxury agent attendees. This includes 3-4 pre-event emails, and 1 post-event email.

Dedicated Email Blast - $750

We will send a dedicated email all about your brand to our 100 luxury agent attendees on your behalf. You will work with the Compass Colorado marketing team to build out the email with your branding and your content.

Welcome Bag: Branded Swag - $1,000 + price of swag
Include a branded item in our “welcome bag” that each of our 100 attendees, and the Compass CEO will receive on their first night in Aspen. You will work with the Compass team to determine the best swag item(s) to include.

Welcome Bag: Marketing Materials - $300 + cost of materials

Include a flyer, or similar marketing collateral in our “welcome bag” that each of our 100 attendees, and the Compass CEO will receive on their first night in Aspen.

In-Person Attendance: Welcome Party

Enjoy an intimate party to kick-off the Aspen Experience retreat. This event will give you the opportunity to network with attendees, including the CEO of Compass, Robert Reffkin. The event is taking place at Hotel Jerome and includes light bites and an open bar.

+$250 for short speaking opportunity at event

Brand Awareness: Activation at Welcome Party

Set up a booth or have a unique activation at our Welcome Party. This could be something like a photobooth sponsored by your brand, or a table with raffle giveaway.

Luxury Home Tour: Food & Beverage Sponsor
Provide food and beverages for attendees during our Luxury Home Tour. We will include signage next to the serving area with your branding, you can leave marketing materials nearby, and you will have the opportunity to attend the tour. Homes on tour typically range from $15M - $40M (exact homes will be determined closer to the event). 

Cost of food & beverage for ~75 guests.

In-Person Attendance: Jazz Aspen Snowmass Music Festival

Compass is a title sponsor of the Jazz Aspen Snowmass Music Festival. Our Aspen Experience attendees enjoy the Compass-branded VIP section of the music festival Friday-Sunday. The VIP ticket includes prime stage viewing, comfortable seating, world class food, multiple open bars, and festival transportation on Compass’ private vans.

In-Kind Trade

TRANSPORTATION SPONSORSHIP:

Attendees at the Aspen Experience utilize private transportation to get to and from the concert venue. Each day of the festival, we have four (4) 16-passenger Mercedes sprinter vans driving laps for up to 8 hours between Hotel Jerome and the VIP drop-off at the Jazz Aspen Snowmass Music Festival. Transportation from downtown to the festival averages 30 minutes one-way, so our attendees are spending significant time in the vans, and therefore with your brand. 

Snacks & Beverage Sponsor
Provide food and beverages in each sprinter van. You have the ability to brand these items yourself (e.g. water bottles), and we will include a sign in the van with your branding.

• Per Day: $500 + cost of food and beverage.

• For all 3 days: $1,000 + cost of food and beverage.

Brand Awareness: Transportation Window Clings

You have the ability to brand window clings for each sprinter van (in conjunction with the Compass logo). Each van has multiple windows that you can utilize to promote your brand. Not only will Compass agents see this branding, but since it’s on the exterior of the vans, you will also have brand exposure to the general public in Aspen & Snowmass.

• Per Day: $3,000 + cost of window cling production.

• For all 3 days: $7,500 + cost of window cling production.

Brand Awareness: Transportation Wristbands

Attendees are required to wear a transportation wristband to ride in the Compass vans. You have the opportunity to add your logo to these wristbands (in conjunction with the Compass logo), which will be worn for all 3 days of the music festival.
